Morning hun! Just wanted to send some love your way this morning and tell u how thankful we are for all your help durning this trip. One thing this trip showed me is the importance of having a good travel agent especially on international trips. So many people where on their phones trying to get through to the airlines during and after the storm and basically they could not. The website even said due call because of the high call volume, but if you have a travel agent contact them.
People were so upset, the airport was absolutely crazy filled with hundreds of ppl, flights being cancelled and they couldn't do anything. Ppl kept asking us how we managed to get everything situated and how did we get through to the airline. I said, I didn't my travel agent did. And all they could say was oooooh we booked the trip on our own. All in all still a beautiful trip, hurricane and all. We were able to handle the set backs and not stress out to much because of all your help. Thank You! 😘😘😘
