How much does Luv’s Travels charge to book a trip?Luv’s Travels will only charge to book a trip, if the client chooses to book with a vendor outside of our network. In that event, the charge will based on the overall price of the trip and the amount of work done to book and secure the vacation. Outside if this circumstance, Luv’s Travels will not charge to book a trip.

How can I inquiry about book a vacation?You can submit an inquiry via our website, send us an email or give a call. We’d be happy to get you started with your vacation planning process.

How long will it take to receive a response after I submit an inquiry?Although we strive to get back to everyone as soon a possible, you must allow up to 72 hours for a response not including Sundays and holidays.

Does my vacation have to be paid in full?There are instances when vacation packages will require full payment. However, most time you’ll be allowed to make a simple deposit and pay over time. You will be made aware of all payment requirements before booking.

How long do I have to pay my trip off?All vacations must be paid in full 45 days prior to departure.

How will I make my payments toward my trip and what are my payment options?You will be sent an invoice containing a secure link, where you can continuously make payments over time. You will be able to make payments using any major credit card. Please be advised that no other forms of payment will be accepted.

Why do you only accept major credit cards to book a vacation?Luv’s Travels chooses not to be personally responsible for any of our clients money. Using a major credit shows that your hard earned money is applied directly to your trip and not the company. This is in the best interest of our clients and/or customers.
